Herb courses If you would like to know more about herbs and what to do with them you have come to the right place. We offer 1 day courses and demonstrations at £49 for the day (9:30am to 3pm) including a delicious lunch. Half day courses are £25 (9:30am to 12:30pm) and do not include lunch. Events run throughout the year and would suit anyone who would like to gain knowledge and confidence using a wide range of herbs. Herb cookery courses / demonstrations We use our Rayburn range cooker and conventional cooker to demonstrate seasonal recipes using herbs and spices which are impressive but not too complicated. Fun and informal the day covers herby breads, starters, main courses, desserts and other little tips plus lots of tasting! You go home with a pack of all the recipes and a herb to remember us by. Other courses Will help you to establish your own herb garden - how to grow herbs, using herbs in the home, in preserves, as decoration (such as Christmas wreaths and swags) or in simple beauty preparations. Gift vouchers The courses make a great present and gift vouchers are available. Talks We are also happy to give talks on herbs and their uses to groups within reasonable travelling distance.
